  1. 1. What is the price of your digitizing service?

    2. We offer a work with extraordinary quality at low prices. Please refer to the Prices page for more information.

  2. 2. What do I have to do in order to place an order?

    3. All you need is to go to the Order page, upload your artwork, describe your requirements and submit the request to us. You'll receive the design by e-mail, together with the payment request from PayPal.

  3. 3. How much does it cost to get quote of the designs?

    4. The estimation is free and you'll receive it almost immediately after submitting your request.

  4. 4. What are the privacy terms of your service?

    5. All your orders are kept with strict confidentiality. They are unaccessible by other users and you may later re-request them for free.

  5. 5. Do you store my payment details or privacy information?

    6. Absolutely not. Your payment is processed by PayPal and we do not have access to it. The only privacy information that we keep is your e-mail and telephone number that we use to contact you. They are not stored on the web server and therefore it is impossible for third parties (hackers) to obtain them.

  6. 6. What if I loose the design you sent to me?

    7. Even if you loose the design we supplied to you, all you need to do is to contact us and we'll e-mail it back again ASAP.

    8. It is delivered by e-mail.
